Return & Refund Policy

At Unsent, each item is made to order, which means we do not hold stock.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

To request this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item


Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may have already begun and changes are not possible.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
